Meet at the barre with your bar and experience the newest trend in ballet barre workouts! Barre techniques train the extremities while engaging the core for stability as you use standing Pilates movements and dance choreography. No ballet barre is needed as your weighted bar will serve as the balance and resistance prop. A must have format to change up any classes or training session!!! |
